SHIPPING POLICIES

Handling Time:

In-stock items are shipped within 2-3 working days, except during festive seasons. Saddlery items require 5-6 working days for dispatch, as stocked leather items are reviewed and properly finished before shipping. Custom-made orders, especially saddlery, are fully handmade and take 4-6 weeks for delivery from the order date. Once shipped, orders typically take 5-10 days to arrive.

Free Shipping

Orders over $100 are eligible for FREE Shipping for US customers except the Alaska/Hawaii and other remote locations.
Returns on FREE SHIPPING orders may be charged a minimal restocking fee.

Address Changes

We request you to verify your shipping address at the time of placing order properly as the address correction/change will cost addition charges lived by our shipping partner

Express Shipping

When an express shipping option is selected, the order will be put at the top of the list to ship out in order to get there in the time slot requested. Any orders placed after 3 pm Friday WILL NOT process until the following MONDAY, please keep that in mind when selecting express shipping.

Shipping Providers

We partner with DHL Express and FedEx. You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which carrier was used for your products.

Refused/Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, We reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to require additional payment for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us before reshipping.

Drop Shipping

We also provide a drop shipping facility. The item will be shipped directly to your buyers for more details on drop shipping please contact us.

Duty And Taxes

Please note Duty and Customs fees may be applicable as per the destination country's import policy. That fee will be payable by the buyer.
